FAQ — Shipping, Production & Returns

How are your products made?

Every art print, t-shirt, tote and hoodie is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Art prints are produced on archival matte paper; apparel is printed on organic cotton garments. Because each piece is made for you, production takes a few days before it ships.

How long until my order arrives?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days in Europe and North America, depending on destination. The estimated total time is shown at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged per destination and product type, and the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. As a guide: most single-item orders ship for roughly €4–6 within the EU and the United States. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or customs fees payable by the recipient — see our Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Europe, to the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, Japan and most other countries worldwide. Available destinations are listed at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order to your specification, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — this is the standard EU rule for personalised, made-to-order goods. Your statutory rights are fully protected though: if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Can I change or cancel my order?

Only before production starts — which is usually within hours of ordering. If you spot a mistake, email prints@support.titaan.eu immediately with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it.

Do prints come framed?

No — prints ship unframed, carefully packaged. All prints use standard sizes, so off-the-shelf frames fit without custom cutting. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
